Data entry keying, OCR & image scanning, "Click & Capture" entry systems. Data entry keying is the most accurate method available for converting hardcopy content bases into value-added, searchable e-bases. Combined with proofreading, accuracy rates can reach as high as 99.998%. OCR is used for converting hardcopy into searchable e-content when high accuracy is not needed. Image Scanning is used to convert graphics or text into non-searchable electronic form. Click & Capture, using OCR technology and software validation, allows for the automated capture of content from one content source for insertion into another - without operator keystrokes.
