Once you have made an enquiry, a CPA will contact you to discuss your requirements and understand your current processes.

He/she will then work closely with experienced project managers based in the UK and India to design and document a new process, which effectively transitions the relevant workflow to our offices in India.

We will then sit down with you to discuss the design of the new process and make any necessary amendments or modifications to ensure that you are completely satisfied.

At this time we will also supply you with a quote for set up and running costs as well as providing details of free trials and a quote for a more substantial no obligation pilot project.

Before conducting a pilot project or going live we will ensure that the process is rigorously tested and that the staff are adequately trained to enable the transition to run smoothly.

Once up and running we would envisage most processes operating as follows:

1.	The original source documents remain at your office, you simply scan the documents and they can be transmitted to us via the Internet by way of a secured FTP account. Alternatively, if preferred we can set up a virtual private network (VPN) between your office and OKS’s office in India.
2.	A project manager, who will be a qualified Chartered Accountant based in India, will review the information received and if necessary consult with your staff for clarification on certain issues. They will then allocate the work and instructions to the appropriate staff.
3.	The staff will then process the information using the software of your choice.
4.	Once the work has been processed, the project manager will review it.
5.	Once reviewed the work will be returned to you in the required format using either the secure FTP account or the VPN. You then can review the work and issue instructions to the project manager with respect to any required amendments.

Your work will be processed in India by a committed team with the right mix of skills and experience and all applications and data will be available to your business at all times. We will designate you a single point of contact in the UK/USA who is able to meet with you face to face and who will work closely with you on service delivery questions and concerns.

Additionally, you will be able to communicate directly with the appropriate staff in India which can be done economically by a combination of e-mail, instant messenger and free Internet telephony.
