OKS Group, Inc., a leading global provider of business process outsourcing announced today the acquisition of Alden Pre-Press Services, a value-added editorial and graphic production company formed in 1998 by the Alden Group, one of the world’s leading typesetting and editorial service providers, which currently employs approximately 500 staff in India and the UK.

To compliment growth plans within Germany, OKS has become a member of the Indo German Chamber of Commerce, the largest Chamber of Commerce in Asia. In 2005 OKS achieved yet another milestone in improving its business practices. As of 1st of May, after one single audit, OKS’s production division was accredited with the ISO 17799 (BS7799) certification for its internal system monitoring, measuring and controlling information security.
