Types of Internship
Our internships are typically production process related in regard to the nature of our outsourcing business, which encompasses two main services, Data Solutions and Customer Contact Solutions.
Our Company focuses on looking at existing business processes and re-engineering the process with the aim of making it better, faster and more efficient for the client.
We also offer non-production related internships within OKS in our various departments such as the Human Resources Department, the Accounts Department, Language training / translation, & Marketing. These openings however are subject to availability & department needs.
The Job Description of an OKS Internship
An OKS intern typically has a very flexible job description and can be called on to complete various tasks, all of which might not necessarily encompass just production or process training. The following points highlight the basic responsibilities of the OKS intern:
Work on in-house projects as required by OKS India operations. It will give hands on experience on outsourcing from project planning, implementation to team management.
Conduct language-training classes for process operators. This entails completing language translation work for company processes, which include creation of keywords in relation to the projects; the languages being German, Norwegian and Swedish.
To participate with individual process teams in India and suggest process improvements from a 3rd person point of view. OKS encourages change and wishes for an intern to actively involve themselves within the parameters of a process solution.
Define a definite goal with a set career path, and identify a project / topic that fits in with that goal. Liaise with the Human Resources Department to find a suitable department where you can develop yourself while being of value to OKS.
Understand the International BPO (outsourcing) sector and in turn create ideas for business development. This criteria can be met in cooperation with the management /sales team in India and European / US offices.

Basic Qualifications (for all applicants)
Graduate of Arts / Sciences.
Sociable, able to adjust to Indian work culture.
Exposure to the International Environment of Business and Communications.
Fluency in English and other European languages such as Spanish, French, German, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish etc. (At least a second language)
