Vinit Khanna founded OKS Group in 1985 with a singular vision – to provide companies with business process outsourcing services of the highest quality and at an affordable cost. While much has changed since the company’s modest beginnings, the mission and values Vinit established at that time remain at the heart of OKS Group today.

Vinit says: “At OKS, we take pride in the fact that we understand our customers. We know they want to grow their products and services, and we help by looking holistically at their needs, and then delivering the expertise and processes required to achieve their goals. But what truly makes us different is our people – their commitment to our customers’ success, and to the success of the end users of our customers’ products. We consider ourselves client partners, and that means we’re here for our customers every step of the way.”

Educated at The Doon School and St. Stephen’s College in India, Vinit holds an MBA from The Wharton School. His interests include international travel, cricket, golf and squash.

When Bob joined OKS Group in 2007, he brought with him 20 years of public and private executive leadership experience. Bob is an entrepreneurial CEO and board member with experience creating value for multinational companies specializing in technology, information, content and transaction processing services.

Bob’s industry expertise spans information businesses, database marketing, marketing services, financial services, healthcare and other areas. He is an expert in global outsourcing. His past roles include CEO, President or COO positions at ICT Group, CDI Corporation and several privately owned firms as well as senior executive positions at ADP and Citigroup.

When Bob is asked what makes OKS Group an exceptional experience for the client, he says: “We stand behind our commitments because to us, it’s personal. We’re small enough to treat you like you’re our only customer, and large enough to get everything you need done.”

Bob earned his BS in Computer Science at Union College and his MBA at Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business.

Terence has been with OKS Group for more than 25 years. His understanding of OKS Group’s operations and its focus on client satisfaction positions him to understand core corporate values as well as opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.

Terence’s ability to interface with clients as well as the production staff is especially important as OKS Group moves into new service areas. He explains: “This is a time of unprecedented growth for OKS, both in traditional service areas as well as newer segments like our call centers and business process consulting. Even long-standing activities like data capture are undergoing change with the advent of new techniques such as internet data mining and smart web-bots. However, the fundamentals remain the same – providing the best possible service in goal-oriented partnerships with our clients.”

Terence holds an MBA from St Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, and his interests include cricket and travel.

With nearly 25 years of senior management experience in data operations, including his role as Manager of European Process Review at Dun & Bradstreet, John’s numerous responsibilities and accomplishments include implementing data strategy, managing multi-tasked teams, and devising re-engineering strategies for the data capture process. John also evaluated commercial and legislative developments, disseminating information and advice as to most appropriate compliance actions, and providing guidance to business units who spearheaded procedures to develop new products.

John is enthusiastic about OKS Group entering a period of exceptional growth worldwide, while maintaining its commitment to delivery of the highest possible levels of client satisfaction. Steve brings a solutions oriented mindset along with a customer focused approach to his role through a combination of client interface and production management responsibilities. Prior to joining OKS Group, Steve owned and operated database services and information technology development companies in consumer as well as business to business (B2B) sales and marketing strategies.

Steve attended University of Texas, Arlington, Texas with a focus on studies in Computer Science and Business Information.
